    Received great communication and flexibility from a professional Derek @ techdoctors.biz but then he charged me $30 even though I fixed problem. I appreciate the time and help, I feel that with more experience (with printers) he could have identified the issue in 3 minutes - which would have well been worth the $30 for me.     Derek of Tech Doctors was able to quickly go through my computer to check for any serious challenges. I had been told that I needed a complete "cleaning" by an online group. This turned out to be a total hoax! They wanted a FORTUNE to do this "cleaning. "Thank goodness for Derek and Tech Doctors!     Both owner-operator partners bring with them numerous years of unique I.T. experience from a variety of sources including computer repair shops, an internet service provider (ISP), contracting work, on-site work, business & residential support, and a variety of clients. Both owners are competent repair technicians and are in the top of their field for hardware and software support. We realize that Rochester has many repair shop choices but will do what we can to gain your long-lasting confidence and support.

    We reduce part costs as much as possible and take very little profit. We encourage clients to purchase or bring their own parts. We work with vendors who accept returns as often as possible and we look for reasonable warranty periods on the parts we purchase.

He carries a plethora of experience and is willing to travel down uncharted technical territory to help a client. Derek has been employed by IBM, Charter Communications, and WorldWide Tech Services and has 7 technical certifications.
